Online Support

Please use the Lock50 website to sign in to your account and write us your issue, and a member of our technical support team will get back to you.

E-Mail Support

Login to your Lock50 account and open your order to send us information about your issue. Including VIN, Vehicle Year and Model, and a member of our support team will get back to you.

Live Support (Paid Service)

Our support team will log-in remotely via TeamViewer to resolve your issue once your booking has been made. Please ensure the TeamViewer password is set to Lock50.co.uk

Common Support Issues:

The HW04 JLR Technical Tool is designed for ease of use but if you are having issues, you will find that most are resolved by referring to the product user manual and video tutorials. Additionally, see below regarding some common issues to help resolve your problem.


Please note: Lock50, HW04 JLR Tool Kits come with two jobs that include free support, or 1 hour of support. If someone has undertaken a job on a car that has been visited by another technician who has damaged the car, you have to return it to it's previous state so it is ready to be programmed. This is not included in the support given with the tool.
